K. K is a 48 year old female who suffered from insomnia for the 10 years, her insomnia was causing her to have tremors in her hands, which means that they were shaking a lot, this was due to the lack of sleep, she was also complaining that she was feeling confused, blurry headed and could not concentrate which gave her problems when she was trying to work. Throughout the ten years when she was suffering from these symptoms she found her self to not be able to go to work because of her state of mind and her shaking hands. When she went to the conventional hospital the doctors gave many types of medication to take in order to help with the symptoms; she was given medication so help her sleep better at night. K. Finally after her 16th injection she was able to have a deep sleep and didn’t have to use the sleeping aids for 1 whole week, she was looking and feeling so fresh, her husband had not seen her smile in a long time, but now she is finally able to smile, she is the happiest she has ever been in the last 10 years, now she feels like a brand new person, happier and energetic.
