K. S is a 75 year old man that was diagnosed with chronic renal failure with BUN = 126 and Cr = 3.1, diabetes with a blood sugar of 170 mg%, high blood pressure 140-150/70-90 mmHg, edema in the leg a 1+ grading, colon cancer, which he had surgery for 6 years ago, arrhythmia, the problem to the abnormal heart beat, and he also had insomnia.
